I help people who are thinking about moving to Florida decide where they may want to live before they buy a home.
I create personalized preview videos of communities such as Palm Coast, Flagler County, St. Augustine, Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Bunnell, and surrounding areas.
These previews may include neighborhoods, roads, shopping, restaurants, schools, beaches, parks, nearby conveniences, and the overall lifestyle of an area, helping clients get a real feel for a community before making a major decision.
My goal is to help people narrow down the communities that best fit their lifestyle, priorities, and future plans.
Once they have found the community that feels right, I can connect them with a Realtor at Adams, Cameron & Co. Realtors who can help them search for the right home and guide them through the buying process.

Paid packages cover Gwendolyn’s separate local time, travel, live or recorded visual work, question organization, and written follow-up. Purchasing a package is never required to request a Realtor connection.
